Job Description

Strong project and team management skills, he will require to coordinate at least 4-5 people in the team

key expertise on credit model validation or model development essential

Ideally, model validation or model development experience, so this person can effectively challenge the team

Strong banking risk knowledge - especially experience in credit risk modelling, and nice to have would be experience in other risk modelling (operational risk, market, financial crime, etc)

Strong statistical background, which is a basis for model validation

Strong Python skills, so he can be able to be hands-on with the team and review their work (nice to have - SAS knowledge)

Good communication skills - written: writing of validation reports, oral: discussion with our APs/ Partners on the details of each model

Configuration will be hybrid, connecting with the team via Zoom / Teams
