Their responsibilities include overseeing project progress, resource allocation, compliance, and cost management while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee the fabrication and erection of Boilers, Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Pipelines, and Ducting as per project specifications.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
Provide material Requirements/Request to the project team at least 2-3 days before work starts.
Ensure the timely availability of materials to avoid project delays.
Coordinate with the Project Coordinator and Site Supervisor to maintain project documentation.
Follow up on
GRN Copies
and
Bill received Copies
with the Site Supervisor and update the relevant department.
Coordinate with the Design Department for work approvals.
Submit production drawings and Bill of Quantities
(BOQ)
to the project team.
Monitor the Daily Work Plan and submit work status updates based on progress.
Manage site manpower effectively in coordination with the Site Supervisor.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, with hands-on experience in site supervision and project management.
Skills:
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and materials.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
Work Environment:
This position requires working on-site, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions and construction environments.
The role may require occasional travel to different project locations.
