Job Description

Lead and manage end-to-end engineering and manufacturing projects in the plant. Plan project scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, and timelines. Coordinate with design, production, quality, procurement, and maintenance teams. Ensure adherence to automotive manufacturing standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, etc.). Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor project progress. Oversee installation, commissioning, and scaling up of new machinery and lines. Monitor budgets, costs, and KPIs to ensure project profitability and on-time delivery. Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed during project execution. Manage stakeholder communication - internal teams, vendors, and customers. Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices in project execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred). 8-12 years of experience in project management within an automotive manufacturing environment. Proven experience in managing plant setup, line modification, or large capital equipment installation projects. Strong knowledge of automotive production systems, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
