Project Manager

to lead our talented teams and ensure timely, high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Manage and motivate cross-functional teams including designers, site supervisors, vendors, and contractors.

Project Coordination:

Plan and oversee interior design projects from concept to completion.

Timeline Management:

Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Client Communication:

Act as the main point of contact with clients for project progress, changes, and approvals.

Problem Solving:

Identify project risks and issues early and provide effective resolutions.

Vendor Coordination:

Liaise with vendors and procurement teams to manage materials and ensure quality standards.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates on project status to senior management and clients.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience (3-5 years) in project management, preferably in the interior design or construction industry Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision and conflict resolution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.) Good understanding of design processes, timelines, and on-site execution Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred
