Experience:

10-15 years in

High-Rise / Building construction projects

Proven experience in end-to-end project execution

Key Skills:

Project planning, scheduling & execution RCC, finishing & MEP coordination Budgeting, cost control & billing Contract management & vendor coordination Quality control, safety & statutory compliance MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel

Key Responsibilities:

Overall planning, execution and delivery of high-rise project Monitor progress, cost, quality & timelines Coordinate with consultants, contractors & internal teams Ensure safety, quality standards & compliance Reporting to management with MIS & progress updates
