Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules
Oversee budget preparation, cost control, and resource allocation
Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and subcontractors
Supervise site execution with emphasis on Mivan formwork systems
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety compliance
Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders
Manage contracts, approvals, and regulatory requirements
Monitor project progress and provide timely reports and documentation
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (mandatory)
Master's degree or PMP certification (preferred)
Experience
10-15 years of proven experience in construction project management
Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams
Hands-on expertise in
Mivan formwork systems
Demonstrated track record in delivering high-rise residential projects
Technical Proficiency
Familiarity with BIM tools (preferred).
Strong knowledge of financial, contractual, and safety regulations.
Thorough understanding of building codes and statutory approvals.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
