Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Strategy

:Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, coordinating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

Team Management

:Lead and mentor HVAC technicians, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective delegation, performance, and development.

Execution & Oversight

:Manage all phases of project execution, including equipment selection, design review, installation, and commissioning, ensuring adherence to codes and standards.

Financial Management

:Monitor and control project costs, manage subcontracts, and ensure timely invoicing and cash flow.

Quality & Safety

:Conduct regular site inspections, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain high standards of workmanship.

Client Relations

:Maintain strong communication with clients, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction with project delivery.

Technical Expertise

:Provide technical guidance and resolve issues related to HVAC systems, including reading and interpreting schematics and control circuits.

Risk Management

:Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful and timely completion of deliverables.

Documentation

:Prepare and manage project documentation, including design reports, technical proposals, and project status updates.
Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background

:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is often required.

Experience

:Several years of experience in HVAC design and project management within commercial or industrial settings.

Technical Skills

:Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and HVAC load calculation tools.

Project Management

:Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage complex projects and diverse teams.

Certifications

:Professional Engineering (PE) license or other relevant certifications can be a significant asset.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
