We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Project Manager

to oversee and coordinate all phases of real estate development projects -- from planning and design to construction and handover. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a proven track record of managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete project lifecycle - including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and local authorities to ensure timely project completion. Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules. Ensure all construction activities comply with approved plans, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews. Monitor cost control, resource allocation, and vendor management. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and clearances from government and local bodies. Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management. Manage handover process to clients or internal stakeholders post-completion.

Qualifications & Skills:

5-10 years

of relevant experience in real estate project management. Proven experience handling end-to-end real estate or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and real estate regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
