We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to lead and manage

solar power projects

from planning to commissioning. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, including coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor

rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects

Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site supervisors, and liaisoning teams Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety norms, and regulatory requirements Monitor site progress and resolve project-related issues Maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for smooth project delivery Support commissioning, testing, and project handover

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Project Manager in a solar company

Strong knowledge of

solar PV systems, EPC execution, and site management

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in project planning and coordination

Preferred Profile:

Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field Experience in EPC solar projects Immediate joiner preferred
