Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET, Angular, and SQL Server developers. Oversee daily development activities, sprint planning, task prioritization, and progress tracking. Ensure all tasks and deadlines assigned in

Asana

are met consistently. Review architecture, code standards, and best practices to maintain high-quality software delivery. Work closely with QA, Product Management, and US-based stakeholders to align project goals. Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and provide technical guidance when needed. Ensure efficient workflows, resource planning, and timely escalation of risks or blockers. Drive continuous improvement in processes, productivity, and team performance.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years of total experience

in software development with at least

2+ years in a leadership or team lead role

. Strong hands-on background in

.NET Core / C#, Web API, Angular (8+), HTML/CSS/TypeScript

, and

SQL Server

. Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary development teams. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and sprint planning. Experience managing projects and timelines using

Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar tools

. Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks and deliverables. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to healthcare or EMR software development. Experience working with US-based clients or distributed teams. Understanding of API integrations, cloud environments (Azure/AWS), and DevOps workflows.
