Develop and manage the complete project execution plan (PEP), including scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning.
Review architectural, structural, MEP, and prefab design drawings and coordinate necessary approvals.
Prepare project schedules using tools like MS Project/Primavera; monitor progress and implement corrective action plans.
Ensure smooth integration of civil, HVAC, ICT, fire-fighting, and paneling works during construction
Coordinate with design consultants for prefab building layouts, MEP services, and system integration. Review engineering drawings, technical submittals, material datasheets, and shop drawings for all trades. Provide technical guidance to site engineers and resolve design/engineering conflicts on-site.
