We are hiring a highly experienced Project Manager to lead real estate construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all phases of building projects and on-site execution Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors Manage budgets, schedules, and material procurement Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management

Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate or large-scale construction projects Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Project / Excel and construction planning tools

Preference:

Candidates with experience in residential or commercial building projects.
