Job Summary:

Laxmi Goldorna House Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end execution of real estate and commercial development projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage the execution of construction and interior projects.

Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and quality standards.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.

Monitor on-site work progress and address any issues or delays.

Prepare project reports, timelines, BOQs, budgets, and cost estimates.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal regulations.

Manage documentation including contracts, drawings, work permits, etc.

Regularly report project updates to senior management.

Handle resource planning and vendor management effectively.

Supervise site engineers, contractors, and labor teams.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; MBA in Project Management is a plus.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in real estate or commercial construction project management.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)

Reporting To: Senior Management / Director

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹376,262.57 - ₹1,606,432.42 per year
