Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Mechanical Engineering and a proven track record in overseeing projects related to fire protection, security, safety, and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional project management capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of ME engineering principles in the context of safety and security systems.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects related to fire protection, security, safety, and ELV systems from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, contractors, and clients to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and regularly monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders. Look for new AMC, under maintenance sites, firefighting projects, and Facility projects. Do initial meetings, understand the requirement& process. Check existing quotations with existing team. Check for outsourcing options for Projects. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure the safety and security of project personnel and assets. Oversee procurement activities including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation to ensure the timely acquisition of materials and services required for project execution. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of fire protection, security, safety, and ELV systems. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
