Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee project execution for [Solar Power Plant / Infrastructure / Construction - specify project]. Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines and deliverables. Manage resources, manpower, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery. Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities in Colombia. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Monitor budget, control project costs, and prepare progress reports. Resolve project-related issues and provide leadership to on-site teams.
