Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver residential, commercial, and high-rise construction projects within scope, time, and budget. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and statutory regulations. Review structural drawings, BOQs, and site progress reports. Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and contractors to achieve milestone targets. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings; resolve technical issues. Manage vendor relationships and monitor procurement timelines for materials and machinery. Handle project documentation, billing, client reporting, and handover processes.

Key Skills:

Strong project planning and site execution experience Knowledge of MEP coordination and RCC work Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and ERP tools Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Thorough understanding of construction bylaws, safety codes, and building standards

Preferred Experience:

Successfully delivered multiple residential and/or commercial towers (G+10 or above) Worked on urban infrastructure or mixed-use development projects

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
