Project Manager

Experience: 5-10 Years

AHMADABAD

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Scheduling

: Develop comprehensive project plans to guide the project team and ensure all construction activities are completed on time.

Resource Management

: Allocate and manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, efficiently to meet project demands.

Quality Assurance

: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure construction work meets the required standards and specifications.

Risk Management

: Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Stakeholder Communication

: Maintain clear and frequent communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure project alignment.

Software Proficiency

: MS-Project, Microsoft Office

Key Requirements

Experience

: 5-10 years of experience in project management within the residential construction sector.

Education

: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.

Proficiency in Project Management Tools

: Experience with project management software tools to plan, execute, and monitor project progress effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Experience with large-scale residential projects
