Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage

8 to 10 interior project sites

simultaneously. Supervise and

train a team of 3 or more site supervisors

. Ensure timely execution of projects with attention to detail and quality. Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients. Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation efficiently. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-ground issues proactively. Maintain proper documentation and reporting across all sites. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience

in interior site supervision. Proven ability to

manage multiple large-scale sites

. Strong leadership skills with experience in

mentoring junior staff

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Knowledge of materials, finishes, and latest interior execution techniques.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ?780,000.00 per year
