Job Description

:
Act as the key account manager in the team to the global stakeholders, developing internal client relationship (with global offices) based upon partnership and trust. Oversee key strategic client projects & all the requests. Work closely with GATEway PEM, Engineering Manager, Quality Assurance Manager and other senior personnel in ensuring the work is carried out to achieve the desired outcomes. Be responsible for ensuing operational dashboards are set up on a live basis for departmental monitoring. Impart training to the leaders & other team members; be the de facto chief for ensuring company culture. Shall actively helm Business Strategy and Development responsibilities for the Department. Attend and manage the project kick-off calls and other Client calls. Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership. Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value. Report periodically to the internal stakeholders on the business performance and parameters. Ensure a L&D program is set up and implemented. Ensure and implement a robust client care program. Ensure and implement a QA / QC program. Ensure the department is in the forefront of digital transformation and automation.



Qualifications & Requirements:
15+ years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with a strong portfolio of Indian and international projects. Proven ability to confidently lead high-level client meetings, offering strategic insights and fostering long-term relationships. Holds a degree in Engineering; additional industry certifications are highly desirable. Should be an excellent communicator verbally and in writing Expert in building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun. Have strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment Adept at developing and executing a professional, process-driven approach to all departmental functions and deliverables. Ability to work and delegate the work to a team and engage in ensuring optimum team productivity. Possess in-depth knowledge of how to define processes and improvise all the activities towards the quality deliverables Ability to manage team of multiple Estimators & Leaders Proficient in Client interactions and focussing on Client relationship building.
