Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution. Lead the end-to-end management of construction/real estate projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and handover. Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation in alignment with organizational goals. Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial control and timely approvals. Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance, resolving issues proactively. Ensure adherence to statutory, environmental, and legal compliance requirements. Conduct regular project review meetings with stakeholders and prepare detailed MIS reports. Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Manage client expectations and ensure timely handover of projects. Lead, mentor, and supervise project engineers and site teams.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong understanding of construction methods, project planning tools and contract management. Excellent knowledge of real estate development processes, RERA guidelines, and statutory clearances. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (Master's degree preferred). 8-12 years of experience in project management within construction or real estate Proven track record of successfully delivering mid to large-scale projects on time and within budget.
