Openings for Goa - QualificationStakeholder Management? Act as the central point of contact between site teams, vendors, and seniormanagement.? Liaise with DISCOMs, government authorities, and local stakeholders for inspections andapprovals.? Provide clear communication to clients on progress and address site-level concerns.Required Skills & Experience? Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).? Experience: Minimum 7 years in execution of utility-scale or C&I ground-mounted solarprojects (5 MW+).? Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, cabling, and gridintegration.? Proven track record of managing multiple sites simultaneously.? Familiarity with project management tools (Zoho, MS Project, or equivalent).? Vendor and contractor management expertise.? Understanding of regulatory processes and DISCOM approvals.Key Attributes? Strong leadership and on-ground execution skills.? Ability to multitask across multiple active sites.? Problem-solver with focus on timely execution and quality.? Effective communicator with ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.? Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
