Job Description

:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Full Stack with strong expertise in Flutter and Node.js to lead and manage end-to-end web and mobile application development projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development and team/project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-stack projects using Flutter (for mobile) and Node.js (backend). Collaborate with cross-functional teams -- developers, designers, QA, and clients. Plan sprints, manage timelines, allocate tasks, and track progress. Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. Communicate clearly with stakeholders and report on project status. Manage risks and troubleshoot technical issues proactively. Must have experience in team handling and leading development teams effectively.

Required Skills:

Flutter - Deep experience building scalable mobile apps. Node.js - Strong backend development skills with REST APIs. Solid understanding of MongoDB / SQL, Firebase, or similar backend technologies. Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full stack development and project/team management.
