Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee projects built using
Flutter

Node.js

Manage the complete software lifecycle -- from planning and coding to
deployment and maintenance

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in coordination with clients and team members.
Manage sprints, task allocation, and project timelines.
Provide technical mentorship to developers and ensure best coding practices.
Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
Collaborate with design, QA, and backend teams for smooth delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
