: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This role involves managing resources, coordinating team activities, and ensuring the project meets the defined objectives and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Assemble and lead a project team, including internal staff and external contractors.
• Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting notes.
• Complete final project deliverables and obtain stakeholder approval.
