Project Manager - Civil

to lead our upcoming landmark ventures.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a

seasoned Civil Project Manager

with a

minimum of 5 years' experience

in independently handling residential or commercial civil construction projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of site execution -- ensuring quality, timelines, safety, and coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the day-to-day execution of civil construction projects Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specs Prepare project timelines, monitor progress, and manage site resources Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality control standards Resolve site-level challenges with practical, timely solutions Manage site documentation, reporting, and communication with clients Deliver projects on-time, within scope, and within budget

Requirements:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience

in the construction industry Sound knowledge of construction methods, structural systems, and finishing standards Ability to lead site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders Strong skills in project planning, execution, budgeting, and reporting Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and construction management tools Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities
