Project ManagementLead and manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously across commercial, retail, and residential sectors

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets

Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures when required

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards

Client ManagementServe as primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle

Conduct regular client meetings and provide status updates

Manage client expectations and resolve issues proactively

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships

Technical OversightReview and approve technical drawings, specifications, and material selections

Conduct site inspections and quality audits

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and JLL standards

Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations and testing

Oversee handover process and defect rectification

Team LeadershipLead cross-functional project teams including designers, engineers, and contractors

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Foster collaborative working relationships across all stakeholders

Coordinate with various JLL service lines as required

Financial ManagementMonitor project budgets and control costs

Process and approve invoices and change orders

Prepare financial reports and forecasts

Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization

Required QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent qualification

8-10 years of proven experience in fit-out project management

Experience in commercial real estate or construction industry preferred

Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building systems

Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management software

Understanding of MEP systems and coordination

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Mumbai/Maharashtra

Core CompetenciesExcellent project management and organizational skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Client relationship management experience

Financial acumen and budget management skills

Certifications (Preferred)PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

Green building certifications (LEED, IGBC) would be an advantage
