Roles & Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for
planning, execution, and delivery
of fit-out projects
Manage
interior fit-out works
including civil, finishes, carpentry, ceilings, flooring, painting, and MEP coordination
Coordinate with
design, procurement, commercial, and execution teams
Prepare and monitor
project schedules (Gantt charts)
and ensure adherence to timelines
Handle
client coordination
, meetings, and progress reviews
Manage
vendors, subcontractors, and site teams
Ensure compliance with
quality standards, safety norms, and approved drawings
Monitor
project costs, BOQs, billing, and variations
Resolve site-level technical and execution challenges
Ensure proper
project documentation, reports, and handover
Travel Pan India as per project requirements
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum
8-12years of experience
in
interior fit-out projects
Strong exposure to
commercial, retail, office, or warehouse fit-outs
Good understanding of
MEP services coordination
with interiors
Experience in
client handling and stakeholder management
Strong knowledge of
materials, execution methods, and quality control
Proficiency in
MS Office, MS Project / Primavera
(AutoCAD knowledge preferred)
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
