BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimations

Client handling
- ensure smooth communication, regular updates, and satisfaction.
Vendor management
- sourcing, negotiation, finalization, and performance monitoring.
Billing & documentation
- preparation, verification, and approval of project bills.
Coordination with internal teams
(design, procurement, MEP, accounts, etc.) for timely execution.
Project management
- planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, quality checks, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Maintain complete
documentation of projects
, reports, and compliance records.
Lead site teams and ensure successful project completion within time, cost, and quality standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in BOQs, billing, vendor handling, and project documentation.
Excellent client management and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other project management tools.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Flexibility to travel Pan India as per project requirements.
