Position- Project Management (Interior Projects)

Department- (Project Management- Operations & Control)

Qualification- BE Civil Plus PG Qualification Preferred.

Experience- 5 yrs plus of work experience

Location- Vizag

Software- MSP, Primavera, ERP, SAP

Key Skills- Project Management, Project Control, Project Monitoring, Project Coordination, Vendor Management, Subcontractor Management, Techno commercial.

Experience- Experience in Interior works, Finishing works, experience in high end Commercial, Luxurious Projects is MUST.

Job details-

1.To review/approval of Interior Fit-outs project, Site planning and execution plan

2. Should have experience in managing high end Commercial Interior fitout Projects.

3. Experience in End-to-End Project management, Site Execution

4. Project Execution& coordinator.

5. BOQ Preparation Bill Certification, project Planning. Civil interiors & MEP Execution.

6. Achieving project deadlines by coordinating with contractors to manage interdepend activities.

7. Identify plans and resources required to meet project goals and objectives.

8. Follow up with material procurement department, services team of project as per budget requirements.

9. Meet project deadlines without sacrificing build quality or workplace safety.

10. should have experience in Interior works such as Finishing, Fit Outs, MEP Works, Plumbing, Electrical, Plumbing, Architectural work, Kitchen, Tiling, Faade works, Carpentry works.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
