We are seeking a skilled and dynamic

Project Manager

with a strong technical background in

Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV Surveillance, Networking Infrastructure, Optical Fiber Cabling (OFC), and Building Management Systems (BMS

)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage

ELV system projects including Fire, CCTV, BMS, OFC, and Networking from initiation to handover.

Plan and coordinate

project activities, schedules, resources, budgets, and vendor management. Vendor Deployment & Management Conduct

site assessments

, review technical drawings, and provide inputs for BOQ preparation. Monitor and control project progress ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards. Manage

installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning

of integrated systems. Act as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays. Ensure all documentation, reports, and compliance certificates are properly prepared and archived. Deliver regular progress updates and project status reports to senior management and clients.

Required Skills and Expertise:

Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in:

Fire Detection & Alarm Systems

CCTV Surveillance Systems

Structured Networking (LAN/WAN)

Optical Fiber Cabling (splicing, OTDR testing)

Building Management Systems (BMS)

Project planning and resource management skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and schematics. Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD basic). Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
