Project Manager - Fintech

Location:Noida

We're on the lookout for a Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of our Bank Loyalty Solutions in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead the full project lifecycle -- from planning to post-launch optimization

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and Data Science teams

Manage API integrations, platform rollouts & technical delivery

Communicate with senior leadership & cross-functional stakeholders

Contribute to agile processes & continuous improvement

What You'll Bring:


6+ years of project management experience (PM Certification required)


Master's degree in Business or related field


Strong understanding of fintech & financial services


Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, Trello & Microsoft Office


Proven stakeholder management & communication skills
