Project Manager (1.5-3 years of experience)

who can manage multiple projects, lead with clarity, and ensure client satisfaction across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously Take ownership of client communication and satisfaction Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting Coordinate with technical teams for timely delivery Handle client queries, escalations, and resolutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery excellence

Requirements:

1.5-3 years of experience in project management or team coordination Strong communication and client-handling skills Ability to multitask and manage projects independently Prior experience with domestic and international clients Knowledge of Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, etc.) preferred
