About the Role

The role focuses on ensuring a flawless process from order receipt to project execution, coordinating across departments to achieve timely delivery, smooth communication, and customer satisfaction. This position offers independent working exposure, multitasking opportunities, and involvement in end-to-end project management within the EPC and industrial equipment sector mainly Pump Industry

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage complete order processing and execution workflow from sales handover to dispatch and customer delivery. Ensure accurate entry of customer orders, schedules, and project details into the system. Track order progress and ensure timely completion as per contractual terms. Proactively communicate with Supply Chain, QA, and Engineering teams to manage shortages, material readiness, and project dependencies. Coordinate with customers, contractors, and site teams for technical clarifications, drawing approvals, and progress updates. Monitor deviations in delivery timelines and initiate corrective actions promptly. Facilitate customer and internal stakeholder visits, including audits and project reviews. Prepare and maintain progress reports, status updates, and documentation related to execution milestones. Drive project performance in line with schedule, cost, and quality targets. Ensure full compliance with ESH (Environment, Safety, Health) and company quality procedures during project execution.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 7-8 years of experience in Project Management / Execution within EPC, Industrial Machinery, or Rotating Equipment industries.

Technical Expertise:

Understanding of order-to-execution workflow

Knowledge of project scheduling, material tracking, and supply chain coordination

Familiarity with QA, fabrication, and erection practices

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, planning, and coordination abilities Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to multitask and drive cross-functional collaboration Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
