Job Summary

Tecbees is seeking an experienced and dynamic

Project Manager

to oversee project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple client assignments. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and skilled in coordinating between internal teams and clients to ensure timely, successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation sheets. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with company objectives. Coordinate with design, development, and operations teams to ensure workflow efficiency.

Project Coordination & Communication

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. Conduct regular review meetings, share updates, and maintain clear communication channels. Ensure timely resolution of project-related issues, escalations, and risks.

Monitoring & Reporting

Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Prepare and present detailed progress reports and performance analysis.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. Maintain documentation, approvals, and compliance across all project stages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing IT, software, branding, or digital projects. Familiarity with cross-functional team environments.
