Technical Skills

Drive sales targets for fastrack channel. Drive performance of New stores, Top 50 and concern stores Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, commercial, legal, business development and IRSG to ensure end-to-end process for new stores and renovations. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure closure of projects as per timelines and achieve business objectives. Drive quality of execution Identify new opportunities for penetrating into new towns/locations. Work closely with regional BD/sales team to identify properties/franchisees that are in line with brand guidelines. Monitor timelines for new stores and renovations.
