Job Title - Project Manager / Project Coordinator

Location - Projects across India (candidate must be willing to travel extensively)

Experience - 5-8 years in project execution within heavy engineering / fabrication / turnkey projects (preferably in industrial equipment, pollution control systems, or EPC projects).

Gender Preference - Male

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute industrial projects from kick-off to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. Manage site activities, including erection, installation, and commissioning of pollution control equipment. Work closely withwith clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve project-related issues. Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines; prepare and present progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards at all project sites. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and workers.
Skills & Competencies

Strong project planning and execution skills. Knowledge of fabrication, erection, and installation processes. Familiarity with industrial safety practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multi-location projects. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure. Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD (preferred).
Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related field. PMP (Project management professional) certification will be an added advantage.
Compensation

Competitive salary with allowances for travel and site postings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,099.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
