We are looking for Professional and energetic young Project Manager-Execution team to joining our ALDS projects across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Andhra pradesh.

Role Summary: -

Lead end-to-end execute the complete Auto LPG dispensing stations projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring timelines, quality and compliance, covering planning, procurement, training, technical oversight, adherence to plans and drawings, stakeholder management, and implementation of innovative solutions to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Strategy: Develop detailed project plans (scope, timelines, budgets, resources); conduct feasibility studies, site selection, and layout design; ensure execution strictly as per approved plans and drawings. Material Procurement & Vendor Management: Source and procure materials, equipment, and cutting-edge technologies; negotiate with suppliers and contractors; manage contracts to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery. Construction & Installation Oversight: Supervise civil works, LPG storage tanks, pipelines, dispensers, and associated installations; ensure compliance with safety, technical, and quality standards. Testing & Commissioning: Oversee pre-commissioning, functional testing, and final commissioning of stations; ensure all systems are fully operational and safe. Train Retail Outlet Managers on day-to-day operations, safety, process management, and smooth outlet running. Train DSMs (Depot Sales Managers) on handling Auto LPG nozzles, reading meters, cash handling, maintenance, and fleet/customer handling. Prepare and implement SOPs, manuals, and operational procedures. Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain close relationships with government liaison officers, internal teams, contractors, vendors, landowners, and other regulatory authorities; manage approvals and overall project execution. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks including environmental, regulatory, technical, or supply chain; implement contingency plans to maintain timelines and quality. Reporting & Communication: Provide regular progress updates, budget reports, and performance metrics; maintain complete project documentation including technical details, procurement records, and commissioning reports. Innovation & Technology: Introduce and implement cutting-edge solutions and technologies to enhance project efficiency, safety, and operations.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong project management and leadership skills. Experience in procurement, vendor negotiation, and resource management. Knowledge of construction, mechanical installations, and fuel infrastructure. Familiarity with innovative/automated technologies in LPG or energy sectors. Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical) or equivalent. 5-10 years of experience in project execution, preferably in LPG/fuel retail infrastructure.
Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, including procurement, commissioning, training, and vendor management
