Job Summary:
As the Project Manager for ERPNext, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and
successful completion of ERPNext implementation projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams,
clients, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon
budget, timeline, and scope.
Experience Required:
? 7+ Years (including 5 years in ERPNext as a Functional/Techno-Functional Consultant and minimum 2 years
as a Project Manager)
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage ERPNext implementation projects from planning to go-live and post-deployment support. ?
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. ? Review and
validate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and System Design Documents (SDDs) to ensure accuracy
and alignment with business goals.
? Identify the level of customizations required and assess feasibility, ensuring minimal and efficient
customizations within the ERPNext/Frappe framework.
? Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure timely and quality execution of project
deliverables.
? Create and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. ?
Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests, providing clear impact assessments and mitigation plans.
? Ensure user training, testing (UAT), and documentation are properly conducted and aligned with project
milestones.
? Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates to leadership. ?
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including post-mortem analysis and process optimization.
Required Skills:
? Deep understanding of ERPNext modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, and
Manufacturing.
? Experience reviewing BRDs and SDDs, with a strong ability to assess and minimize customization needs. ?
Working knowledge of the Frappe framework, scripting (Python, JavaScript), and ERPNext integrations. ?
Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
? Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
? Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. ?
ERPNext or Frappe Certification.
? PMP, Scrum, or Agile Project Management certification.
