The Project Manager will lead and oversee ERP/IT implementation projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution, scope adherence, budget alignment, and smooth delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and project planning capabilities while managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with clients and stakeholders for successful outcomes.
Purpose of the Role
To ensure seamless planning, execution, and tracking of ERP/IT projects while maintaining delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction. The role involves strategic project alignment, risk management, progress monitoring, and ensuring quality outputs within organizational policies, standards, and timelines.

Areas of Responsibility
Plan, execute, and manage ERP projects from initiation to closure.
Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and convert them into structured project plans.
Lead internal teams including Developers, Consultants, Analysts, and QA members.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines while ensuring budget compliance.
Conduct periodic review meetings and provide status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Identify risks, escalate critical issues, and drive mitigation strategies.
Ensure proper documentation including SOW, project plans, reports, and closure documents.
Oversee quality assurance, testing cycles, and process compliance.
Facilitate go-live support, user training, and post-implementation stabilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
3-7 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within ERP/IT environments.
Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication abilities.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP platforms like ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, or similar systems.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile frameworks, and software implementation processes.
