About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Project Manager
with a strong
EPC domain background
to lead and manage
ERP implementation and transformation projects
across diverse business units. The ideal candidate will bring deep understanding of EPC operations and project management expertise, combined with the ability to drive digital transformation through effective stakeholder engagement, structured execution, and change leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ERP projects
- from planning, scoping, and resource allocation to delivery, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
Apply EPC industry knowledge
to align ERP design and processes with real-world engineering, procurement, and construction workflows.
Engage and manage stakeholders
across levels - including senior leadership, functional heads, IT teams, vendors, and end-users - ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Define project scope, objectives, resource plans, timelines, and success metrics
in collaboration with business and technology teams.
Oversee project governance
, including risk management, issue resolution, budget control, and status reporting to steering committees and executive sponsors.
Facilitate change management and user adoption
, driving awareness, readiness, and training initiatives to ensure successful transition.
Track and report project progress
, highlighting key achievements, risks, and mitigation plans in a structured and transparent manner.
Lead by example
--demonstrating stability, accountability, and commitment to both project goals and team cohesion.
Travel as required
for project-related activities, especially during go-live and stabilization phases (typically ranging from 2 to 20 days per assignment).
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Business Administration
, or a related discipline.
7-12 years of experience
managing large-scale
EPC projects
, with hands-on exposure to project execution, procurement, and supply chain processes.
Proven experience in
project management methodologies
(PMP / Prince2 certification preferred).
Strong understanding of
core business processes
such as project costing, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
Prior experience working with or implementing
ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics / Infor / etc.)
is an advantage.
Exceptional
stakeholder management
and communication skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, drive accountability, and deliver results under pressure.
Open to
business travel
on a need basis for project execution, go-live, and stabilization support.
