Role: Project Manager- English Specialist, Bhopal
Experience: 6-8 years
Salary: 9 LPA onwards

We are looking for someone who is specialized in English, bring experience in training teachers in language, created curriculum to make learning experience better
Projects:
CM RISE Schools: This breakthrough program looks to build ~10,000 world-class public schools in the state, that enable excellence. In the first phase, there are 300 K-12 schools selected.
CM Rise Teacher Professional Development program: This international award-winning programlooks to strengthen the training, coaching and performance management of the ~300,000 teachers across the state.
Key Responsibilities

• Design curriculum and training modules
• Training teachers on language and learning methodologies
• To manage best-in-class project implementation to ensure impact
• Strong team collaborator, manage cross-functional relationships and engage effectively with key government stakeholders

Work Experience: * We value both professional and personal experience.

• Candidates with 6 years of experience leading and managing education-related projects, preferably within the public school system or education non-profits. particularly in areas such as designing and implementing academic reforms or educational interventions.
• Preference will be given to candidates who also have direct classroom and teaching experience, ideally within the government school system.

Other Skills: * Strong project management skills, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of interventions.
Language Proficiency: * English and Hindi
