We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing ELV projects and will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of ELV systems in our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for ELV systems.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure ELV systems are integrated into overall project designs.
Execution and Supervision:
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, public address systems, and structured cabling.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
Monitor the performance of subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of ELV installations.
Quality Control and Assurance:
Implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Budget and Cost Management:
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
Client Communication and Reporting:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding ELV systems.
Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ELV projects, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, public address, and structured cabling.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
