Role Overview

We are looking for a

results-driven Project Manager

to handle

end-to-end execution

of electrical panel, switchgear, and automation projects. This role acts as the

single point of coordination

between engineering, production, procurement, site teams, and clients--ensuring projects are delivered

on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from order receipt to commissioning.
Act as the primary client interface for technical and project coordination.
Create and track project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with engineering on SLDs, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, control philosophies.
Work with procurement for PLCs, HMIs, breakers, relays, VFDs and vendor management.
Ensure compliance with IEC / ANSI / UL standards and safety norms.
Track costs, manage risks, and report project status to management.
Coordinate site installation, testing, startup, and commissioning.

Desired Profile

B.E./B.Tech in

Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

(PMP/PMI is a plus)

3+ years

experience in

electrical panels, switchgear, MCCs, or automation projects

Strong understanding of

LV & MV switchgear, MCCs, control panels

Hands-on exposure to

PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD integration

Ability to read

SLDs, schematics, and technical drawings

Proficient in

project management tools

(MS Project, Jira, etc.)
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
