Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering o

Preferable Qatar or GCC Experienced.

o

Candidates should have 5 years of Experience in Oil and Gas

. o Strong understanding of project management methodologies. o Proficiency in project management software. o Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. o Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. o Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of projects from initiation to closure. o Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. o Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans. o Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards. o Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors. o Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. o Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders on project status. o Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. o Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. o Perform project evaluations and generate reports for management and clients. o Comply with company and industry best practices, regulations, and standards.
