This is a strategic role for someone with at least 4 years of experience in handling online platforms, team coordination, and driving digital sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up workflows, managing platforms, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring timely execution of e-commerce projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations including website/platform management, product listings, pricing, and promotions
Plan and implement strategies to improve online sales and customer experience
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, warehouse, logistics) and external vendors (marketplaces, couriers)
Set up and manage listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure order fulfillment timelines are met
Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Handle escalations related to customer service, logistics, or platform issues
Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform policies, and competitor strategies
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or project management
Strong knowledge of leading e-commerce platforms and backend systems
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
Good understanding of product listing, SEO, pricing, order flow, and returns
