Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for new and ongoing e-commerce initiatives, including platform development, upgrades, and third-party integrations.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Act as the central point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Track project progress using tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure all projects comply with data security, performance, and UX best practices.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project reports to senior management.
Continuously evaluate project processes and workflows to drive efficiency and improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
5+ years
of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years specifically in
e-commerce platforms
(Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.).
Strong understanding of e-commerce architecture, payment gateways, APIs, CMS platforms, and integrations.
Experience with
Agile/Scrum
methodologies and tools.
Proven ability to lead and motivate
multi-disciplinary teams

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
