Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Construction Oversight:

Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Quality Control:

Ensure construction meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Budget & Cost Management:

Monitor expenses and optimize cost efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to legal and environmental regulations.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain project records, progress reports, and financial documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD). Knowledge of real estate laws, building codes, and safety regulations. Experience in residential, or commercial real estate projects.
