Minimum Qualification


BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY (BTECH)



Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and ensure smooth coordination among all teams and stakeholders. Review engineering designs, ensure technical compliance, and monitor execution of civil, mechanical, and electrical works. Oversee budgets, track expenditures, approve variations, and manage resource allocation. Supervise construction activities (dam, powerhouse, tunnels, infrastructure) to meet timelines and quality standards. Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project targets. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns. Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental norms through regular site audits. Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations. Maintain communication with internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies; submit regular progress reports. * Implement quality control processes and oversee commissioning to ensure all deliverables are met before handover.
