Key Responsibilities
Overall handling and management of Govt. civil construction projects
Planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects as per schedule
Preparation, checking, and certification of
civil bills
(RA bills, final bills, subcontractor bills)
Coordination with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants
Monitoring project progress, quality, safety, and cost control
Preparing project-related reports and documentation
Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and company standards
Liaison with clients and authorities when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
10 years of experience
as a Project Manager in civil construction
Strong knowledge of
project handling and billing
Good knowledge of
Microsoft Word
for documentation and reporting
Ability to manage multiple activities and site teams
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience in commercial /infrastructure projects /residential projects
Knowledge of basic project documentation and reporting formats
