Role Overview

We are looking for a

Project Manager - Services

with hands-on experience in

high-rise buildings

, specifically within

corporate workspaces, commercial developments, or hospitality projects

. The role involves managing MEP services coordination, execution, and delivery of interior projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate

MEP services (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)

for interior fit-out projects in high-rise buildings. Oversee execution of services work in

corporate offices, commercial spaces, or hospitality projects

. Coordinate with

design teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors

to ensure seamless integration of services with architectural and interior works. Prepare and monitor

project schedules, budgets, and work plans

related to services. Conduct site inspections to ensure

quality, safety standards, and compliance

with drawings and specifications. Resolve site-level technical issues and ensure timely closure. Review drawings, BOQs, and material submittals related to services. Ensure compliance with

statutory regulations, local codes, and safety norms

. Prepare regular progress reports and update stakeholders on project status. Support testing, commissioning, and handover of services.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field

.

Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience

in managing services for

high-rise buildings

. Proven experience in

corporate workspace, commercial, or hospitality interior projects

. Strong understanding of MEP coordination within interior fit-outs. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors. Good knowledge of site execution, drawings, and project documentation. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills

Experience working with interior design or architecture firms. Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office. Ability to work in fast-paced project environments and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
